I have not received my order yet, what should I do?

If you have not received your order and you did not receive a tracking number, please check your spam/junk folder to make sure that the email containing your tracking number wasn't put there by mistake. If you still can not find the email with your tracking number, then please follow the instructions in this article.

If your order does not have a tacking number, it probably means that one or more items in your order are back ordered, please contact us for an estimated delivery date.

If your order shipped internationally via USPS, chances are that there is no tracking information once the package left the US. This, unfortunately, is normal. International USPS shipments can take up to 6 weeks to arrive, but normally will arrive within 3 weeks. If your order has not arrived after 6 weeks it probably means that the order is lost. USPS orders are not insured, so you will need to replace your order.
